Where do you ship from and to?
All orders are from Virginia, USA. Currently we can ship domestically within the U.S.
Subscribe or follow for updates regarding shipments to other locations.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders will be processed in 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated on the website.
Estimated delivery time from the date of shipment via USPS:
USA: 2-5 business days
Free tracking is included for all orders. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping times at this time as there may be factors out of our control.
Return Policy
As of now, all products are final sale. If you have any concerns, please contact me via email and I will be happy to help you.
Delivery issues
We will do our best to assist in locating delayed, missing, or lost orders. However, once your package has been handed over to the carrier, it is no longer within our control. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, missing packages, or lost orders. If your order is delayed due to an incorrect shipping address, please contact us using the Contact tab or email madebyemiko@gmail.com. We will reach out to the shipping carrier to request an update, though changes may not be possible once the shipment has reached certain stages.
When will items be restocked?
All items are handmade by me. All flowers are limited in stock and may or may not be restocked once sold out.
